Absolutely loved how cute the staff were, especially Segolene! The room was spacious & super clean-which is a rarity in Paris. Just a bit noisy at times 😊

Great choice for weekend. Everything was really good, lovely little and good value hotel. Very nice area, central location adjacent to a metro station in a central location as well as several metro. Again, walking distance to Gare Saint-Lazare. Nicely decorated room with comfy beds and enjoyable experience...

The personnel is superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. The units are compact, large with private bathroom.

The room was spacious and clean with great amenities. Unfortunately, the breakfast area felt cramped and messy at times.

Be prepared for a stair trek with your luggage. The only communal area is the breakfast room, which lacks comfortable seating options. Limited nearby amenities. The surrounding area could use a few more bars and restaurants for evening outings.

I faced significant frustration due to the inadequate breakfast service. The dining area was too small, with only one staff member managing everything. Not only did we have to wait for a table, but when we finally got seated, it was not clean, and there were no plates available.

This lovely Parisian hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Gare Saint Lazare and Saint Augustine Metro stations. The staff provided a warm welcome, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated with great amenities like a TV, AC, and a coffee/tea tray. Breakfast was excellent, offering both continental and hot options, and there's a 24-hour reception for added convenience.

We enjoyed our stay ! The staff, especially Segolene, ensured our needs were addressed promptly, even storing our luggage on arrival. Breakfast was a good start to our day, abundant with options. Nearby dining spots, including fast-food chains, provided quick meals when we returned late. Highly recommend for families!
